The Drain Fighter - Jetting & Drain Cleaning

I had a leak in my toilet and called James because he had quite a few positive and personal reviews. He answered right away and was able to fit me into his schedule. I really appreciate that he kept in touch to confirm the appointment and on the day of, very professional and I felt very comfortable with him. He repaired the leak rather quickly, but was ready to help replace the toilet if it would have been necessary. Much appreciated, I recommend calling him for drain/plumbing needs.

A few weeks ago, because of heavy snow and the recent loss of one of his employees, James was very busy. I had a non-emergency drain clog resulting in a kitchen sink backing up. He communicated very well throughout the scheduling process which was much appreciated. He would answer his phone or call me back promptly--rare qualities in a plumber in my experience. I knew the problem was a bit challenging since I had already tried to have it cleared by a different plumber. James assured me that he would succeed where others had failed. All good so far. When it came time to do the job unfortunately, James didn't solve the problem. He seemed to recognize that it was going to be rather challenging, and after attempting one unsuccessful snake-out, he quoted me a price for the second snake-out, even if it was unsuccessful. He didn't inspire a lot of confidence, nor seem highly motivated, so I decided to send him and his assistant on his way. I found another plumber the next day who solved the problem with the snake, but it did take considerable time and effort-- time and effort that I did not have the impression that James was interested in committing to.

If I could give a 10 out of 10 I would. The moment my husband called James he was very professional and friendly. He explained every possibility that may need to be repaired that way there would be no surprises when he came out to service our bathroom shower faucets. James put us on his schedule immediately the next day due it being late in the evening. James quoted us a reasonable price over the phone with excellent customer service. James and Jefferey made sure they left no job undone and make sure we had no more leaks. I will 1000% recommend James and Jefferey and will always call them first for any plumbing issues.

James responded to my toilet repair request immediately, quoted me a reasonable price, and easily worked around my schedule. He and his colleague were punctual and worked quickly once they arrived. Would definitely recommend

I had two issues, my kitchen sink was backed up pushing water into my dish washer, and my bathroom tub had a slow drain. James assured me both issues could be looked at and taken care of. He sent one of his best team members, Jeff, and he knocked both issues out in one visit. Jeff explained the issue as well as what he was doing to remediate the problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’m confident in their work and would recommend them for future problems.

Required a garbage disposal replacement. Found James and his team on Yelp and received a hasty response. Jeffrey and Corona were wonderful. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Got the job done promptly. Would 100% recommend. Affordable compared to bizarrely high quoted I received from other companies. Thank you again!

Found Drain Fighter initially on Yelp. I needed a few jobs done, including a blocked drain, leaky faucet and broken toilet. Spoke to James (owner) who was very responsive and accommodated my schedule. Got to meet Jeffrey on the day, who was very professional and explained the work. Quote was on the spot and reasonable for the work requested. Jeffrey and his sidekick stayed late and got the jobs done. Everything was clean and professional and timely. A really quality job. I'm keeping Drain Fighter on my call list for future plumbing needs.

I found James on yelp and sent the request and he called me back within 10 minutes from my request that I put through on yelp. We discussed what I need to have done which was to have three new toilets installed and have three old ones removed. He told me the steps that I needed to take before he came out, which I followed,. And he also was in contact with me when I went to the store to purchase the toilets to make sure that I had purchased the correct ones and had all the accessories that I needed. After that, we discussed the day and time that he would come out to do the work. He came out on the day and time that he initially stated to me, gave me the quote. Stuck with the quote amount. He came out and did the work with another worker of his, completed the work, cleaned up behind themselves and did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied and I would recommend James to anyone because he did a wonderful job. You will not be disappointed
